Alex Parker: Managing Partner

Meet Alex, the brainchild of Low Stress Transaction Properties. Alex is the proud founder and managing partner of this Louisville-based real estate corporation. Alex earned degrees in Economics and Communications from Denison University, where he acted as President of the Entrepreneurship Club for two years. He went on to gain beneficial insight while working at a renowned hedge fund on Wall Street, after which he moved back home to Louisville. Alex pursued his passions of entrepreneurship and real estate to eventually result in the formation of LST Properties.  Alex is genuinely committed to reinvesting back into his community and improving neighborhoods one house at a time. He always strives to do business with the upmost integrity and truly seeks to find the best solution for those who are in need of help.

Tracy Loy: Office Manager

As Office Manager, Tracy Loy brings years of professional communications and paralegal experience to this position. She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors in Communications and followed up with a Professional Paralegal Certification. Not only does she “keep the lights on” but she also covers property closings for Alex when he is busy acquiring more great houses to rehab! She is our Notary Public, keeps us organized, pays attention to the details, and also functions as Property Manager for our rental properties.

Hannah Gill: Project Manager

Hannah Gill is one of LST’s Project Managers. Hannah has managed over 50 residential and multi-family rehabs in and around Louisville over the last 2.5 years.

Originally from Versailles, Kentucky, Hannah graduated from the University of Louisville in 2011 with a Bachelors of Science & Masters of Engineering in Civil and Environmental Engineering. She started her career in civil site design, creating construction plans for commercial properties, specializing in storm and sanitary sewer design. In 2013 she began working at an ecological consulting firm, working on stream and wetland restoration projects. She became a licensed Professional Engineer in 2016 and began managing large-scale environmental rehab projects, from design through construction.

When she’s not on the phone with contractors, climbing on roofs, or inspecting crawl spaces, she’s usually hanging with her dog, baking, teaching yoga, rock climbing, traveling, or finding another renovation project to tackle on her personal home. 

Danny Kidd: Project Manager

Danny is a Louisville native with over a decade of real estate experience. After graduating from the University of Louisville in 2005 he relocated to Jacksonville, Florida where he became a Foreclosure Realtor, where he focused on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac properties. After 9 years of selling foreclosures in the Florida heat, it was time to move back to Louisville to be near family and friends.

Since moving home Danny has owned and operated a restaurant franchise in downtown Louisville and has been involved in his family’s business flipping residential homes in Southern Indiana. His entrepreneurial spirit and love of real estate makes him a great fit as the newest project manager. In his free time Danny enjoys trail hiking / biking as well as trying to wear out his dog with long walks and endless fetch.

Troy Theriault:
Acquisitions Manager

The son of an Army officer, Troy Theriault has experienced living in many different parts of this great country, from Alaska to New England.  His early work years were spent in the hospitality industry, and included stops in Orlando, Florida and Glasgow, Scotland.   His twenty years in multi-family property management fostered solid management experience in new and rehab builds ranging from distressed communities to luxury mid-rises to housing for a military base community! All of this and a natural ability to talk to anyone makes Troy the perfect guy for Acquisitions Manager at LST Properties.

Kelli Guinn:
Administrative Associate &
Marketing Manager

Kelli Guinn joined the team as the administrative assistant in October 2020. She graduated from Bellarmine University with a BA in History and Theology. With experience in marketing analysis, website management and Quickbooks, Kelli is also working towards becoming a certified bookkeeper through the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, playing board games and chilling with her loved ones.

Gatsby Parker: Mascot

Meet Gatsby, our office mascot. A friendly, entertaining, and sometimes misbehaving Golden Doodle, Gatsby brings energy and love to LST Properties. We can always count on Gatsby to make a good impression by jumping on people or stealing their writing utensils.
