We want to put a name to the face and see your property in person! We will set an appointment to come see your property as soon as possible. While we are at your house, we will get to know you and take a look around. That way, we can determine if repairs need to be made. (Don’t worry, we will take care of any repairs!) We might take a few pictures or a video to help us come up with an estimate of your house.

Step Three: We Make an Offer
