As a standard policy, a bad credit score will not disqualify you from one of our rentals. Credit scores reflect how much of a security deposit you will pay on the property. Security deposit of one month’s rent with a credit score of 600 or above; two months rent with credit score below 600. Pets considered with a non refundable $300 pet fee and adds $30/month to rent. The tenant is fully responsible for all utilities.
